Safe & Secure Transport LLC is a Florida-based independent logistics company operating under a formal brokerage contract with Gateway Auto Transport Network INC. All freight movements and dispatch operations are performed under Gateway’s federally licensed MC authority in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

We do not sell physical products. We offer transportation coordination services which include:

• Carrier vetting and dispatch
   
• Route planning
   
• Documentation and rate confirmation issuance
   
• Communication between customer and carrier
   

All services are conducted with the customer’s best interest in mind and in accordance with the details outlined in the signed Dispatch Sheet / Rate Confirmation Agreement provided at the time of booking.

To initiate service, a non-refundable deposit is required by end of day on the date of pickup unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The remaining balance, if applicable, is typically paid directly to the carrier at delivery (unless prepaid in full).

If paying the full order amount via debit or credit card, full payment is due no later than the end of the pickup day. No portion of transport may begin without active payment verification.

Failure to meet these payment terms may result in shipment delay, cancellation, and/or forfeiture of any previously paid deposit.

Safe & Secure Transport LLC operates solely as a licensed freight broker. We do not take physical possession of any freight, vehicle, or asset at any time. We arrange transportation services through FMCSA-compliant, independently insured motor carriers.

We are not liable for:

• Physical damage to any vehicle or freight during transit
   
• Losses, delays, or costs arising from weather, carrier negligence, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
   
• Missed delivery/pickup appointments
   
• Storage or impound fees due to failed delivery attempts
   

All claims for damages must be made directly with the assigned carrier’s insurance provider. Carrier insurance and license documentation are available upon request.

By booking services with Safe & Secure Transport LLC, the customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
   
• Ensure the freight or vehicle is available for loading at the scheduled time
   
• Pay agreed-upon deposit or balance by required deadlines
   
• Confirm any COD (Cash on Delivery) arrangements with the carrier
   
• Notify us immediately of any issues that may impact transit
   

Cancellations made after dispatch has been assigned may be subject to a minimum cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable once a truck has been assigned and/or a load confirmation has been issued. Full refunds are only considered if Safe & Secure Transport LLC is unable to assign a carrier within the agreed timeframe.

Customers agree not to bypass or contract directly with any carriers introduced through Safe & Secure Transport LLC. Doing so constitutes breach of agreement and may result in legal and financial penalties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with the “Last Updated” date changed accordingly.
